Melody prefers to see and interact with each person, to look in your eyes, hug you, connect with you and after patients are gone she wants to know how you are and thinks about you often and can’t wait to catch up again.

Phone vs Texting

When we are in the clinic with clients, Melody or any other therapist or practitioner in the clinic can’t answer the phone. To keep costs lower we currently don’t have someone answering the phones. You are welcome to call and leave a message, and we will call you back within 48 hours.
We find we keep playing phone tag and it’s easier to text. To receive a text and text back, gives us a chance to answer your questions.

Any of the forms on our website you can use and go right to Superlative Health’s email and are checked at our earliest convenience.

If you cannot make the appointment, we require 48 hours notice so that we may offer the appointment time to another client that may be on our waiting list.

If you don’t give 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the consultation fee
