We will follow up after a few days to see how you’re healing. At about 8 weeks later you will come in for a check up to see how you are doing.
Qest4 Appointments
All new Qest4 Therpay patients will be booked in for a consultation, where a customized treatment plan will be created especially for you.
Qest4 at Superlative Health is really something special. Our treatments last for approximately 60-90 minutes. Sometimes it may be a bit shorter and sometimes a bit longer, depending on what your practitioner feels is clinically indicated. We recommend beginning the homeopathic medicines as soon as you are able.
Every 8 weeks we may need to check in to see if they are healing or you are ready for the next dose. Usually people need the need Homeopathic Medicine after their initial 8 weeks, since we are working through layers. Each layer takes approx 8 weeks, but is different for everyone.
Since Melody is part of your Health Team it’s important to have follow up sessions so that Melody can monitor how you are progressing. Specific treatment modalities and care plans are tailored to each patient, addressing individual concerns and helping bring the body back into balance.

After booking a remote testing appointment, you must send in samples to our office no more than 1 week prior to your session, fill out your intake form, and sign the disclaimer.
Instructions for Hair or nail sample collection and mailing are as follows:
• Hair Collection: Preferable method: cut a small amount of hair close to the root from the neck area OR Alternative method: hair collected from fallout while washing or brushing is acceptable. Place the collected sample in a plastic bag labeled Hair Sample and record name, birth date, and collection date on the plastic bag.
• Nail Collection: Alternately, you can clip and collect nails. Place the clippings in a plastic bag labeled Nail Samples and record name, birth date, and collection date on the plastic bag.
• Forms: Complete Intake and Disclaimer form before your bioenergetic testing appointment if this is your first visit, this form is emailed to you upon booking your consultation.
• Mailing: Place the Sample Bag in a priority mail envelope 7 days before your consultation. Mail via priority USPS as soon as possible. Samples are good for testing up to 7 days after collection.
